Commission Agreement

Please read over this agreement to make sure the terms are very clear so the process is seamless for both of us.

How does payment work?

Please note that neither the painting nor initial concept design will commence without a 50% (non-refundable) deposit. Once the painting is complete the remaining 50% will be due before the painting is delivered.

What about shipping?

Shipping fees will be covered by us! We will use a courier service that will bring it to your door.

What about pricing?
Once your commission has been reviewed and accepted, the cost will be set unless further adjustments are required.

Taking on a commission takes a lot of time to plan and execute this is why the prices are higher than original work on the website.

Returns

All original artwork and commissions are final sale. The process of taking on a commission is very personable and I take time to make sure the final product is exactly as planned.
The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
